Housing Prices

Hey all I'm new to Eden but not new to Daoc, hoping someone can give me a quick break down on how the housing works here. I tried /house vacant and there was only one house available for 90plat 685g. It's been a while since I've played daoc but I don't rememeber it being this out of hand to buy a house. Also I noticed what looked to be a bunch of empty lots, there was no housing stone but also no structure. Did people mass buy housing plots at the start of the season and are just hoarding them? Can someone please shed some light on how this works?

Price goes down by 300g every hour or day until it reaches 300g minimum, if i remember.

Re: Housing Prices

The best thing is to use the bestary on that website and chose Midgard -> Housing.
There you will see all vacant and occupied slots and the current price of the lot.

Re: Housing Prices

Any chance of either more housing zones or cheaper lots for those that are just coming either back or just joining to play? Lots are slim to none and who has that kind of plat starting out now days....lol
