Bainshee Nearsight & quickcast

When quickcasting the bainshee nearsight pulse it doesn't put quickcast on a cooldown
  • Be a bainshee
  • Target mob / player
  • quickcast -> nearsight -> quickcast -> nearsight -> quickcast -> nearsight

Amazing that this has gone unnoticed all during fight club, celestius and s1. Will be fixed by next patch. Thank you for your report.
