Astral Chest of Purification HoT not overwriting weaker HoTs

I am not 100% sure if this is a bug or intended, but going by how most everything else works, the 82hp/15sec HoT proc from the Astral Chest of Purification should overwrite any currently active, weaker HoT when it procs. Currently it does not seem to follow this general trend of a stronger effect overwriting a weaker one.

When using the Astral Chest of Purification on a Valkyrie, if you have the Valkyrie's 50hp/10sec HoT(Odin's Elixir) active when the chest HoT procs it only resets the active HoTs duration to 15sec, so now you have 50hp/15sec. I believe the correct action would be the original 50hp/10sec Valkyrie HoT being replaced by the 82hp/15sec(Purifying Winds) chest proc. At the moment it is doing some hybrid interaction by keeping the weaker HoTs hp tick but giving it the chest procs higher duration. The chest procs HoT icon and spell name will overwrite the weaker HoTs icon/spell name as well. (Same results with the Valkyries casted 50hp/15sec HoT: Shieldmaiden's Remedy)

If the chest proc HoT is running (82hp/15sec) first and then you try to use the Valkyries weaker 50hp/10sec HoT, the spell will fail.
