Storr does not grant quest (Mini Dragon Quest, Midgard)

Hi team,

I have completed the 'Weakening the Guard' quest in Midgard but have no option to accept the follow-up mini dragon quest from Storr. He has no yellow icon over his head and does not interact.

I haven't completed the mini dragon quest and am level 49 (so I should meet the requirements to begin it). Character name is Pastasempa.
