Hibernia; certain weapons missing effects?

The Dealrach named weapons that drop in the Sheeroe Hills zone do not have any weapon glows/effects, is this a visual bug or something that was changed later on in game? I found pictures of the different types of Dealrach weapons and they all have a glow effect but on Eden they look like plain weapons.. via camelot.allakhazam the weapon stats were updated in patch 1.89 but it does not clarify if when stats changed they also changed the weapons visuals. Per the same website the weapons still had their glow effects on May 19th 2009 when the page was last updated...
