Crafted Celerity Cooldown Wrong

The cooldown for the player crafted celerity charge states 1:30 in delve but after using it, it shows a 300 second reuse timer. This timer restricts all player crafted charge items, too. I've tested d/q debuff charge and it cannot be used for 300 seconds following a celerity use.

Looks like you changed the delve to say 5:00 min recast time. Why is it not 1:30 min cast time?

All other craftable charges (d/q debuff, haste, damage shield, etc) have a 90 sec cooldown. Why is celerity 300 secs?
