ROG doesnt affect anymore

Hellohoo...

So, after i reported this as a "bug", cuz it worked before, now it doesnt and i would call it a bug, but a Dev told it should be postet as a feedback and closed the thread, i write a feedback here...

I used a ROG with req player level 49 on cathal, worked fine till now.
But now it doesnt. Seems like something happend after last patch... I rly hope, this is not normal....

Bonus lvl 50 means you don't get stats under lvl 50

So, they addet a higher bonus level to are alrdy existing Rog (thats the only reason why it worked before) and made the work and Plats i spend into a CV temp worthless?
That's the deal?
