housing question

Why are there no houses to be bought so many empty plots.....
how is someone who's new to the server going to ever be able to sell stuff to others players (yes i know i could sell on /trade but why)

I'm in this case, with a legendary crafter unable to join the market.

It's frustrating cause I begin to have several lvl 50 / temped characters, and i also have tons of cool items to sell.
I feel blocked in my progression on Albion so I will or change realm, or change game.

There has been a respnose in the Discord's staff feed.
Albion and Midgard are full now. It's not possible to add more houses. We're at the limit.
