Not in View while standing in personal Boat

Hello,

we just fought a Berserker (Broimi). He kited us into water, summoned personal boat and didnt move into it. he just swam in that boat. we had him in target but we couldnt cast on him. because everytime he was swimming near that boat, chat told us "Target is not in view". we only were able to cast on him, when we swam into his boat too. but then he just killed us.
