Cannot connect to game

No matter how many times I launch and re-launch and try different settings I cannot connect to the server. It loads the game, no problem - but I can never get to the character screen. It has "Eden" loading screens on my screen with a load bar - but the bar only gets to about 90% and then just hangs - forever. Any help or suggestions would be great and much appreciated!

Your version of DAoC is likely old. Launch the Camelot.exe that is attached to the Eden Launcher once or press the update button in the launcher's top right corner.
