Champion STR/CON buff

In game the Str/Con buff at lvl 50 delves for a value of 75 but when casting the buff without any + to buff effectiveness, the bonus from buffs for my STR and CON both read that it has a +93 buff.

so max buffs you can get (e.g for dex) =
spec dex 75 (x 1,25) = 93
base dex 50 (x 1,25) = 62
together: + 155 dex
