Spell : Spiritual Resist Debuff (lvl45)

Issue : This spell is not working as intended. When casted upon any of the test dummies, body, energy, and spirit dmg all remain the same. (Its not debuffing)

Steps:
1.) Animist bomber hits for +-500
2.) Eld Debuffs
3.) Animist Bomber hits for the exact same +-500
