House Rent Not Working

I lost a house about 2 weeks ago and now it looks like I am about to lose another. Even when I pay rent it doesn't seem to take. I'm not sure if its a difference between using /payrent all all max or dropping gold on top of the house. I normally do /payrent all all max but that caused me to lose my last house even though it was paid. Today I did both but every time I zone I get a popup telling me I still owe rent.

Note in the screenshot I'm told I am about to lose the house but I keep trying to pay.

After some further looking I'm pretty sure the rent due message was for the guild house.
