Hi tired to read need 50 raids and 3 months to temp or approach temp this is a good start for mage (here Cabal but works with others mages with different name chest and staff)
Not 100% temp (but about 95% missing 10% slash resist) all other resist are above 20% (few 31%) and rest full temped (dmg range life...)
If u really want to 100% temp just need to replace 2 free objects by sidi ones and replace green arms by crafted one with more slash resist. (Sleeves of strifes works fine too but more expensive ^^)

Hob hunter sleeve Free (drop tepok)
So you need 3 raids + Dragon + few quest missing about 1500 currency (Mix 2 or 3 raids + BP + 2 or 3 P)
Time estimated 24H played ? ^^
(I know less easy for tank so maybe need 48H for them :p )

Edit I have better result with sidi chest and replaced rare expensive pant by free dragonslayer breechees and free feet by boot of the magus . If u dont want to buy craft arm u can do one more Hall for Sleeves of strifes to reach slash 20% all others 22-31% rest full temp
