Empyrean Elder lvl 42 is missing

According to Eden's bestiary, there should be 2 empyrean elders at mount collory. A level 47 and a level 42.
Loc around 35k 40k
Only the level 47 one is present.
The missing, easier to charm does not want to show.

ok the mob reappeared after server reboot,

But 1 hour later, it doesn't spawn anymore
