Bug/Nerf Affecting Necromancers

Necromancers are capped at 3 casted spells by the pet during a facilitated pain duration. On live, the actual game that belongs to EA/Mythic, a necro that has his Toa stats capped ala casting speed, had decent dexterity and have maxed duration, could cast 4 or usually 5 spells during FP..

Here you can cast 3 spells during FP. No matter what your duration is, no matter your cast speed, no matter if you have 250 buffed dex or 375 buffed dex.
