Debuff D/Q - Champion - maybe other ?

Hello,

I notice several times than Champ's debuff D/Q is broken.

Actually they should debuff for 70...actually it's about 153 dex than the debuff apply !

Actually got 392 dex with bow without any debuff...as you can see, after get debuff got 239 !

Can you investigate on this please ?
