Is there a hard file to change resolution? I can't play the game cause my resolution is too high.

You have to edit the user.dat file that is under the Eden directory folder in your Dark Age of Camelot folder.
There is screen_height and screen_width. There is also a "windowed" setting that you can set to 0 to make it full screen. Finally there is a fullscreen_windowed setting that you may need to change to 0. Setting it to 0 removes the window border from the Fullscreen view.
