Chimera Chests on Alb.

Getting the chest key for Chimera by doing the Living frontiers "find the quest" portion is not able to be turned in given that Chimera on Alb has no accessible chest outside of the lair. The only chests on the Island are under its feet on a platform that you can't jump up on to. The other chest keys such as Talos and Runihura both have chests that are accessible. Is this a bug or working as intended? If it is working as intended it's a cruel cruel joke.

There is a safe chest for Chimera, like every other major boss in ToA.
The loc of the safe chest is 22881 36151 in Ashen Isles.
