Characters issues

Hi haven't played in a wile and just logged in today.
All my characters are back at lvl 1 and my gear is gone=(
Only thing that didn't change was my legendary alchemist is still there.

that's because season 1 ended and we're now playing season 2.
You might notice there's something different now in addition to your missing 50: valkyires, heretics, bainshees, ToA zones (but no MLs&Arties) and few more things!
