Spectator mode in PvE area

Hi!

I don't know if that was asked before but... I'm really fan about making "tourism" on PvE areas, and I'm wondering if that was possible to have some kind of spectator mode in pve areas like on the PvP area ?

Or having a flying mount for easyly moves on pve maps if possible ?

Flying mounts in PvE are possible, but were decided against. We're afraid we'd get lynched for being too WoW like
