Haunted Apple Trees despawning
In Avalon Isle, some of the haunted appletrees will despawn after being attacked. additionally the undead seedman has the same issue sometimes. The apple snatchers right nearby are fine.

the undeadseed man is no despawning, but does not respond to attacks, i can attack him without him agroing me
