Champ skill respec messing up hotbar skills

When purchasing and using a champion skill respec stone it altered all of my magical abilities on my hot bars. I am a Warden and my melee abilities were fine, but any Regrowth or Nurture abilities had been altered but the icons stayed the same. So if I had a heal on my primary hotbar in slot one, it was now my dex buff even though it kept the heal icon. My spec was not altered and I still had access to all abilities I had before except the champ abilities.
