FIX the circle strafe exploit please

You have players that are applying disease/snares and strafing to avoid being hit, and there's nothing a player can do about it as they are constantly getting a "target not in view" message.

Impose a penalty for strafing where the hit doesn't land if it's been initiated while the player is straging, as has been done on other servers, to rectify this stupid exploit please.

Technically speaking here... the OP and very next comment pertain to the origins of the topic in this thread.. then along comes you literally saying wahhhhhhh.... then telling them to QQ more... while actively QQing about someone adding to the context of this thread.. amazing how the human brain works.
