Per the Eden Charbuilder (which lists level 44 Battle Howl, 143 Dmg) this spell is missing in-game on my Skald who is 50 Battlesongs. Also see relevant patch level notes (attached) and a screenshot of my character in-game on Eden.

Battle XXX is one line, WarXXX is another.
Level 50 overwrites your level 43.
