Or maybe having it be open to the realm with the highest number of towers, and also to any realm that is within 2 or 3 towers of that number?
So if the realms are all equal or close to equal, typically then its open to all, but if a realm is really killing it, it will be available to only them?
I think I agree with the general gist that its just not great in its current form. You cant do a real farm sesh as you will get rolled (almost) guaranteed within 10-15 mins, and thats if youre lucky enough to get past the stealth zerg blocking the stairs during their shift change.
