I've been farming some weapon to use their weapon effect to the reskin merchant, to my surprise i saw multiple item that should have a glowing effect, just being blank.
unfortunately since I thought it was a missing features i salvaged almost all the drop except one that use.
list :

I will try to take some time to farm theses pieces again to get a screenshot.
