Currently the bolstering adroit mythirian is acting like a buff. The correct function is a stat cap dex increase of 8 and stat dex increase of 8. The following screenshots show 100/100 dex with the mythirian on and off. When it should say 108/108 dex instead of the +8 buffs when the mythirian is on.
