I recently purchased a few items and put then my my Account vault.
After switching toons I tried to get those out on another toon and it seemed to get stuck on my mouse pointer. I could not drop it to my open inventory. They stayed stuck on my mouse pointer as I moved it around until I closed my vault. When I reopened it they were gone. I check my toons, vault and tried logging to update everything, I also checked the new item recovery guy. As there were a ring and shield from the dragon merchant, I'll like to recover them but I guess I may just avoid using vault if that's an issue.
