Templating Imbalances (Hib)

Basically Hibs are the only realm without a 1h weapon of any type that has arcane siphon on it. That leaves our druids/wardens/bards capped at 10% arcane siphon while both Albion and Midgard can have up to 20 for their support classes. This leaves us at a distinct disadvantage when it comes to longer fights like keep takes and/or defenses. Just thought it was a bit strange we are the only ones left out here.
