Where might a Champion under Level 30 find a Large Weapon Merchant? My only two-handed sword is already blue and I am having trouble fighting oj's. Most of my armor & weapon drops are things I cannot even use. I am fast getting frustrated.

There is a quarter master in DC on pve side against the wall you can buy gear and weapons from.
