Unable to purchase porch deed or consignment merchant for my house

I have enough coin but I can't buy a porch and merchant for my house. Lot 130

We had same problem in the beta , you should be able to buy it from the middle of the map merchant (in the market area) . Also on mid the zone that we're in has only 1 merchant that is selling them for bounty points, you should go to other zone and find the merchant that sells them with gold.
