Quests Deleted From Alpha > Beta

My 49 Alb Merc Pocketsand had his quest log fully wiped out (I had all the CV quests picked up and not completed and the Avalon City quest).

I can no longer obtain the CV quests as well, its as though im flagged as completed.

I stopped this character in Alpha and just logged into him today (Beta) so I think something got lost between the two test phases?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
