Wizard earth spec rr5 fumbling RA uses

on Koboldlnc (11.5 skald) pressed for IP and was fumbled when fighting a rr5.9 wizard (donttouchmystick) at folley (while being hit by an inf)

IP greyed out but no health added, a moment later the QB icon came back to full colour (useable)
no self imposed fumble, no switching etc.
