Where to get Lightning Embossed Cloth Gear

When I look up where to get the Lightning Embossed Cloth Gloves it says Klops.

When I search for Klops it says he is part of the Cyclops Shield Encounter.

I did the Cyclops Shield Encounter and it was a named statue and not Klops and Kleps.

I build my template with this item in mind.

Can someone help??

ZAM states that Klops is located *near* the encounter, but it isn't part of it.
