Lost my characters.

hello and sorry for the inconvenience, i can't create a character with my old names anymore, because i can't find them and i can't delete them.
can someone help me?

If I go to the launcher panel in the "Open Eden Characters Setting" section in the folder that opens I see my characters, but when I enter the game, No is there a reason?

I apologize but I made a mistake. I realized that Discord actually generated another account different from the main one. I logged in the account I used with the first season and I found my characters. You can close the post
