Arms of the Winds - Friar Leather

The Albion leather pattern for Arms of the Winds only lists them as being usable by Infiltrator, Shadowblade, Nightshade, Vampiir, and Mauler.



Checking old ToA websites and Allakhazam, it is listed as being usable by all classes. The Allakhazam Leather page lists Friars.

I don't believe I ever did it on live, so I cannot speak for that. Just going off the websites.
