So i have been back now for 2-3 weeks. And before i left everyone was pretty much running currency temps and rr5l5-6 was the cap.this made it so i could compete and have fun.
Now the rr cap is 12 and most establish players are rr7+ and running rogged out 150p+ temps. How am i suppose to compete? Before i fight high rank people and had a chance. Now some dudes just need to look at me the wrong way and i die
Thats why i think that you should be able to farm high end rogs solo to even the plane field for new/returning/casual players to be able to compete. And this will also lower the prices for rogs in housing
Some will say go join a bg and zerg and the answer to that is NO i find bg rvr borring af.. its just big blob vs big blod and 90% of the time the big blob wins / i only like solo/small /koth 8man
and yes some times you can kill a high rank / rogged dude yes it happens blah blah
The problem with Rogs
Re: The problem with Rogs
IMO, the RR disparity doesn't much apply to the small man game on the server, as it seems there's still plenty of mid RR toons running amok out there. Even KOTH is doable at the lower RR's due to how chaotic it is most times. EV seems to be about the only place that you're not going to stand a chance at the lower RR's, but hardly anybody runs EV. As for BG siege RvR? Yea....imo it's broken atm, but maybe next season will be better.
RoG's are nice, but having a super tweeked temp isn't a game changer imo.
