The recipe for the stable transference netherium tincture is listed under Special Charges but after crafting it and applying it to my helmet it is showing as a weapon proc instead. I have crafted and applied the stable neutralizing arcanium tincture from the Special Charges section for the disease cure which works correctly as a charge so it seems like the power transfer should work this way as well. Its also listed as working as a charge on the The Olde Apothecary website. Thank your time and for Eden, its lots of fun.
