Is the Housing capped here on Eden by a specific amount of houses? i want to buy a LOT in Albion for my guild, in Chiltern and Stoneleigh are many free Spots but they are without a LOT actually, if there is a maximum house cap actually it should by raised or limit the players to have just one house per Account, per realm, if there are peoople who block up to 50 house LOTs with a single account cos they can get a house with every char, its just stupid. Everyone should have a chance to get a house.

Yeah its very unfair to those who want a house to not be able to get one on any realm when certain people have several across all realms.

People can only get one house per account, +1 guild house. Where have you heard of someone blocking 50 lots alone?
Houses start at 95p once they are free. Their price goes down by 1.2p per hour. We are not artificially limiting houses, they're just not done yet.
Each house lot stone has to be manually picked with the correct number (or the server crashes) placed on a loc that doesn't interfere with other houses, and rotated. Given the total number of houses (over 5000), this takes a significant amount of time.
Check regularly. There are often houses going for ~5p, 20p right now. Hib has over 40 new open houses, but they're at ~80p right now.
