Cannot write to debug.log

Hi, I am trying to start the game for the first time on my Main PC and i get the error "Cannot write to debug.log" after authorising on discord.

Anyone have a fix?

I did search but only saw one other post mention it and it had no replies - its a fresh install and I reinstalled trying to fix

Move the whole DAoC folder from C:/* into This PC/Documents
Patch live client there
Delete animnode.log debug.log critical.log ui.log world.log
Patch again

It's possible that you turn on the "see hidden files" checkbox to see them

This worked for someone before
