Can anyone confirm where Necrotic Brain fluid ACUTALLY drops?!

Hello everyone!!

After killing both Granite Giant Elders and Caileach Guards I have not gotten one single drop of Necrotic Brain fluid, can anyone confirm if these are pve farmable or just random drop off chests in rvr? HALP!

I did dragon pre earlier today and got 1 brain fluid. So it drops there somewhere (dunno exactly which giant guy dropped it though)

The hulk quest in DF. If you're solo/healer, just tag 10 hulks. You get a bag, the bag has some in it, repeat every day.
