Bonemender Pet not healing until Death

Supp bd Bonemenders not healing anymore since restart on 17. march 2024, tryed everything like new summoning, dual spec switch, restarting etc.

I have the same issue. Mending pets heal the commander <75% but not the BD itself.

Is this a bug or is it normal? Is it possible to have a staff member answer? A lot of people have been looking for an answer for days now....
