Bug Dragon quest

Hello
Have an infiltrator Edwinhuk and i do the dragon quest
Kos give me the quest and i kill all the mob in dartmore with bg
Kos tell me now to go in Town to get the next step but the mob are agressive
I cant go in Town
So I deco reco and plop the quest disappeared
I dont know what to do
