Legendary Bow incorrect dd/debuff value

The value should be 25DD 15% resist debuff over 15 seconds.

It is too high here, matching the melee weapons at 60DD 35% resist debuff over 15 seconds.

While the base stats may have changed overtime, the debuff/dd values always remained the same
