Vanish should remove DOTs. I know it does not remove them immediately - it normally purges them after the initial timer is up. In this case it never removed them as you can see in screenshot and video linked.

Bump - please look. Vanish is not removing any dots or bleeds.

I could be remembering this incorrectly, but Vanish only purges once its gone. In your video it looks like you still have the vanish 'buff' so its working correctly.

Vanish has 2 parts. An absolute stealth immunity (you can't be seen by anyone) and then a disarm. The immunity for Vanish 1 is 3 seconds and the disarm is 30 seconds.
Dots and bleeds should be removed once the 3s immunity portion of vanish expires. I could provide other videos but vanish never removes any dots or bleeds. You get the full tick. If you get a dot on you just before you vanish it will tick until the dot expires. Vanish never removes it.
