RR5 animist is bug on Syphon

Animist rr5 is bug on syphon, sometimes it active on, sometimes it's not

Just tested 8 times (waiting for my RR5 to be up each time)

2 of 8 uses correctly reported 60% siphon. Actual performance matches that. (40 siphons in 60 casts, etc)

6 of 8 uses reported only 20% siphon. Actual performance matches that. 13 of 53 spells siphoned or similar.

Siphon staying at my templated 20% while RR5 is running.

What were the difference between the 8 tries. Include character details, items, spells, effects, targets, locations, etc.

Recently I haven't seen 60% at all, but I'm running a few tests this morning as the timer comes up.

6 more logs. 20% on the first 5, then on the 6th I got 60% correctly.

Tested again today.

On PTR, it works correctly every time I tried - 60% siphon displayed.
On Live, it still isn't working. 8 tests, 20% siphon each time.

Same character.

Since S2P45, it's worked correctly every time I've tried it.

Looks fixed.
