[Request] Lower cast time on summoning mount.

Would there be any negative effect if the summon time was lowered for mounts? They aren't useable in RvR, so no real advantage there. It isn't terribly long now, just thought it may be a good QoL improvement to go along with all the ones that are already present on Eden.

Its not summonable in RvR or in combat, so it can be instant without any negative effect to the game.

I think if people would stop doing KOTH, or if they would extend the time between KOTHs... That would fix this issue.
