no modifications caracteristics

Hello,
I'm having a big problem creating my characters. I can modify the strength, dexterity or constitution characteristics, but it doesn't change anything in game. I stay with the pre-established characteristics. How can I fix this?

This is not a bug.
To change starting stats of already created characters, you have to buy a stone from the Bounty Point merchant in the relic camps.
