Actually there is no need for all of this, it would be enough to give charge to Savages too and reduce the magic damage output on the whole Server. Then we will see again the good old Mid melee train.

Go with Skald then... you have instant casts and melee styles, not the biggest damage but Skald is by far the best toon in Mid for PvP (and it's easy to level up too). Surely they have a very odd way to deal with people. They seek for critics and feedbacks to "improve the game" and when you make a critic or give a feedback on something they'll just ignore you OR mute/ban if what you say is not what they want to listen to....
